Vietbuild International Exhibition opens in Hanoi

Vietbuild Home 2018, an annual exhibition on housing, home design and household appliances, officially opened in Hanoi on March 28.

The five-day event features over 1,700 pavilions introducing a wide range of new products related to construction, construction materials, real estate, and interior and exterior design.

The exhibition has attracted the participation of nearly 500 enterprises, including 252 domestic firms, 99 joint ventures and 145 international companies and groups from 12 different countries and territories, including France, the US, Russia, Turkey, India, Italy, the UK, the Republic of Korea, Japan and China.

In addition, a number of practical activities are being held during the expo, including workshops, business forums and conferences, aiming to help enterprises to understand the demand of both international and local markets, contributing to international economic integration.

According to the organising board, this year’s exhibition is the largest ever in the capital city, celebrating its 20th anniversary and the 60th anniversary of Vietnam’s Construction sector (April 29).

The annual event will also be held in several major cities, including Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
