By October 15th: Total import-export turnover reached nearly $US 268.39 billion

According to the latest preliminary statistics of the General Department of Customs, by the end of October 15th, 2016, the total import-export turnover of Vietnam reached nearly $US 268.39 billion, up 4.4% (equivalent to an increase of nearly $US 11.36 billion) compared to the same period of 2015.

The total import-export turnover of Vietnam in the first period of October 2016 (from 1-10 until 15-10-2016) reached over $US 15.03 billion, decreased by 5.1% (equivalent to a decrease of $US 808 million) compared to the second period of September.

The trade balance deficit in the first period of October 2016 was $US 520 million, making the trade balance surplus of the whole country from the beginning of the year until 15-10-2016 only $US 3.18 billion.

In the first 15 days of October 2016, the foreign direct investment (FDI) company sector had total import-export turnover of nearly $US 9.73 billion, down 6.4% equivalent to $US 661 million compared to the second half of September. By the end of 15-10-2016, this sector had total import-export turnover of over $US 173.44 billion, up 5.9% equivalent to $US 9.65 billion compared to the same period of 2015. The trade balance surplus of the FDI company sector in the first half of 2015 reached $US 586 million, making the surplus of this sector from the beginning of the year until 15-10-2016 nearly $US 16.69 billion.

On exports, the export turnover of Vietnam in the first period of October 2016 was nearly $US 7.26 billion, down 14.6% (equivalent to a decrease of $US 1.24 billion), compared to the last 15 days of September. By the end of 15-10-2016, the export turnover of the whole country reached $US 135.78 billion, up 7.1% (equivalent to an increase of $US 9.05 billion), compared to the same period of 2015.

Compared to the second half of September 2016, the exports in the first period of October 2016 fluctuated in some commodity groups as follows: Rice decreased by 36.4%, equivalent to $US 47 million; wood and joinery fell 14.9%, equivalent to $US 49 million; footwear decreased by 10.5%, equivalent to $US 53 million; iron and steel fell 51.4%, equivalent to $US 73 million; machinery, equipment, tools and spare parts fell 18.2%, equivalent to $US 103 million; textiles decreased by 17.5%, equivalent to $US 205 million; telephone and accessory decreased by 16.3%, equivalent to reducing $US 263 million; etc.

Meanwhile, only a few commodity groups’ turnover increased compared to the previous period, for example: electric wires and cables increased by 11.5%, equivalent to an increase of $US 7 million; fertilizers rose 11%, up $US 910 thousand; etc.

The value of exported goods of foreign direct investment (FDI) companies in this period reached nearly $US 5.16 billion, down 13.7% (equivalent to a decrease of $US 819 million), compared to the last 15 days of September 2016. Thus, by the end of 15-10-2016, the export turnover of FDI companies reached over $US 95.06 billion, up 10%, equivalent to an increase of nearly $US 8.62 billion, compared to the same period of 2015 and accounted for 70% of total exported goods of the country.

On imports, the import turnover of Vietnam in the first period of October 2016 was nearly $US 7.78 billion, up 5.9% (equivalent to an increase of $US 437 million), compared to the last 15 days of September. By the end of 15-10-2016, the import turnover of the whole country reached $US 132.6 billion, up 1.8% (equivalent to an increase of $US 2.31 billion), compared to the same period of 2015.

Compared to the second half of September 2016, the imports in the first period of October 2016 fluctuated in some commodity groups as follows: Transport vehicles and spare parts rocketed 2.5 times, equivalent to an increase of $US 159 million; computers, electronic products and components increased by 10%, equivalent to $US 118 million; corn rose 69.1%, equivalent to $US 60 million; other base metals increased by 25.6%, up $US 48 million; fabrics increased by 11.5%, equivalent to an increase of $US 44 million; petroleum rose 19.8%, up $US 33 million; cashew nuts increased by 44.8%, equivalent to $US 30 million; etc.

Meanwhile, a few commodity groups’ turnover decreased compared to the previous period, for example: telephones and accessory had a 10.9% reduction, down $US 57 million; machinery, equipment, tools, spare parts decreased by 3%, equivalent to $US 36 million; etc.

The value of imported goods of foreign direct investment (FDI) companies in this period reached nearly $US 4,57 billion, up 3.6% (equivalent to an increase of $US 158 million), compared to the last 15 days of September 2016. Thus, by the end of 15-10-2016, the import turnover of FDI companies reached nearly $US 78.38 billion, up over 1.3%, equivalent to an increase of nearly $US 1.03 billion, compared to the same period of 2015 and accounted for 59.1% of total imported goods of the country.

Đến 15-10: Tổng kim ngạch xuất nhập khẩu đạt gần 268,39 tỷ USD

Theo số liệu thống kê sơ bộ mới nhất của Tổng cục Hải quan cho thấy, tính đến hết ngày 15-10-2016 tổng kim ngạch xuất nhập khẩu hàng hóa cả nước đạt gần 268,39 tỷ USD, tăng 4,4% (tương ứng tăng gần 11,36 tỷ USD) so với cùng kỳ năm 2015.

Từ đầu năm đến hết ngày 15-10-2016 còn mức thặng dư hơn 3,18 tỷ USD.

Tổng kim ngạch xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu hàng hóa của Việt Nam trong kỳ 1 tháng 10-2016 (từ 1-10 đến 15-10-2016) đạt hơn 15,03 tỷ USD giảm  5,1% (tương ứng giảm 808 triệu USD) so với kỳ 2 tháng 9-2016.

Cán cân thương mại hàng hóa trong kỳ 1 tháng 10-2016 thâm hụt 520 triệu USD, đưa cán cân thương mại hàng hóa của cả nước từ đầu năm đến hết ngày 15-10-2016 còn mức thặng dư hơn 3,18 tỷ USD.

Trong 15 ngày đầu tháng 10-2016 khối doanh nghiệp có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài (FDI) đạt kim ngạch xuất nhập khẩu gần 9,73 tỷ USD, giảm 6,4% tương ứng giảm 661 triệu USD so với nửa cuối tháng 9-2016. Tính đến hết ngày 15-10-2016 khối này đạt kim ngạch xuất nhập khẩu  hơn 173,44 tỷ USD, tăng 5,9%, tương ứng tăng hơn 9,65 tỷ USD so với cùng kỳ năm 2015. Cán cân thương mại hàng hóa của khối doanh nghiệp có vốn FDI trong nửa đầu tháng 10-2016 đạt thặng dư 586 triệu USD, đưa mức thặng dư của khối này từ đầu năm đến hết 15-10-2016 gần 16,69 tỷ USD.

Về xuất khẩu, kim ngạch hàng hoá xuất khẩu của Việt Nam trong kỳ 1 tháng 10-2016 đạt gần 7,26 tỷ USD, giảm 14,6% (tương ứng giảm hơn 1,24 tỷ USD) so với 15 ngày cuối tháng 9-2016. Tính đến hết ngày 15-10-2016 kim ngạch xuất khẩu của cả nước đạt  hơn 135,78 tỷ USD, tăng 7,1% (tương ứng tăng gần 9,05 tỷ USD) so với cùng kỳ năm 2015.

So với nửa cuối tháng 9-2016, xuất khẩu trong kỳ 1 tháng 10-2016 biến động mạnh ở một số nhóm hàng sau: Gạo giảm 36,4%, tương ứng giảm 47 triệu USD; gỗ và sản phẩm gỗ giảm 14,9%, tương ứng giảm 49 triệu USD; giày dép các loại giảm 10,5%, tương ứng giảm 53 triệu USD; sắt thép các loại giảm 51,4%, tương ứng giảm 73 triệu USD; máy móc, thiết bị, dụng cụ và phụ tùng khác giảm 18,2%, tương ứng giảm 103 triệu USD; hàng dệt may giảm 17,5%, tương ứng giảm 205 triệu USD; điện thoại các loại và linh kiện giảm giảm 16,3%, tương ứng giảm 263 triệu USD;...

Trong khi đó, chỉ một số ít nhóm hàng có kim ngạch tăng so với kỳ trước như: Dây điện và dây cáp điện tăng 11,5%, tương ứng tăng 7 triệu USD; phân bón các loại tăng 11%, tương ứng tăng 910 nghìn USD;...

Trị giá xuất khẩu hàng hóa của các doanh nghiệp có vốn đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngoài (FDI) trong kỳ này đạt gần 5,16 tỷ USD, giảm 13,7% (tương ứng giảm 819 triệu USD) so với 15 ngày cuối tháng 9/2016. Như vậy, tính đến hết ngày 15-10-2016 kim ngạch xuất khẩu của doanh nghiệp FDI đạt  hơn 95,06 tỷ USD, tăng 10% tương ứng tăng gần 8,62 tỷ USD so với cùng kỳ năm 2015 và chiếm đến 70% tổng kim ngạch xuất khẩu hàng hóa của cả nước.

Về nhập khẩu, trị giá hàng hoá nhập khẩu của Việt Nam trong kỳ 1 tháng 10-2016 đạt gần 7,78 tỷ USD, tăng 5,9% ( tương ứng tăng 437 triệu USD) so với 15 ngày cuối tháng 9-2016. Tính đến hết ngày 15-10-2016 kim ngạch nhập khẩu hàng hóa của cả nước đạt hơn 132,6 tỷ USD, tăng 1,8% (tương ứng tăng gần 2,31 tỷ USD) so với cùng kỳ năm 2015.

So với nửa cuối tháng 9-2016, nhập khẩu trong kỳ 1 tháng 10-2016 biến động mạnh ở một số nhóm hàng sau: Phương tiện vận tải và phụ tùng khác tăng mạnh 2,5 lần tương ứng tăng 159 triệu USD; máy vi tính, sản phẩm điện tử và linh kiện tăng 10%, tương ứng tăng 118 triệu USD; ngô tăng 69,1%, tương ứng tăng 60 triệu USD; kim loại thường khác tăng 25,6%, tương ứng tăng 48%; vải các loại tăng 11,5%, tương ứng tăng 44 triệu USD; xăng dầu các loại tăng 19,8%, tương ứng tăng 33 triệu USD; hạt điều tăng 44,8%, tương ứng tăng 30 triệu USD;...

Trong khi đó, một số nhóm hàng có kim ngạch giảm như điện thoại các loại và linh kiện giảm 10,9%, tương ứng giảm 57 triệu USD; máy móc, thiết bị, dụng cụ, phụ tùng khác giảm 3%, tương  ứng giảm 36 triệu USD;...

Trị giá nhập khẩu hàng hóa của các doanh nghiệp FDI trong kỳ 1 tháng 10-2016 đạt hơn 4,57 tỷ USD, tăng 3,6% (tương ứng tăng 158 triệu USD) so với 15 ngày cuối tháng 9-2016. Như vậy, tính đến hết ngày 15-10-2016 kim ngạch nhập khẩu của doanh nghiệp có vốn FDI đạt gần 78,38 tỷ USD, tăng hơn 1,3% so với cùng kỳ năm 2015, tương ứng tăng hơn 1,03 tỷ USD chiếm 59,1% tổng kim ngạch nhập khẩu của cả nước.'
